Helpdesk Article Links in Manage Equipment

Manage Equipment now links to relevant Helpdesk articles to help you streamline your equipment diagnostics. Device errors and warnings (with a question mark icon) will link you directly to the associated article.

Helpdesk Contextual Support Widget

The Helpdesk contextual support widget is now available in the Manage Portfolios, Manage Equipment and Manage Users Apps.

Schedule Health Improvements

We have made several improvements to the Schedule Application, including:

  • User edits to schedules are now faster and more reliable. Where previously an edit to a large schedule of 10-20 bays could take 5-10 minutes to update the relevant field units, we now expect to see the same update finish within a minute or two.
  • Better handling of faulty irrigation equipment - from assistance with irrigation schedule planning, through faster fault finding and reporting, to easier fault troubleshooting

Proactive Support

Over the last few months we’ve introduced a few internal tools to help improve our customer service. We’ve introduced detailed internal reports and added more internal system alerts, which allow us to identify and act on problems early, sometimes even before the customer sees an issue with their system.

 

Monitor Table-view Sorting

The table-view in Monitor now provides the ability to sort your data using the date column, allowing you to choose to display earliest or latest readings first.

Renaming a Device or Site Updates Correctly in Monitor Card

Devices or Sites renamed in Manage Equipment will result in the name of the associated Card in Monitor updating automatically.

Improved Links Between Management Applications

We have improved the links between the various Management Applications in Global, to enable you to move more easily and directly to where you need to go.

 

Typing Support for Portfolio Selector in Global

The portfolio selector in Global now provides basic typing support. This allows you type the first letters of a portfolio name to highlight it in the list of portfolios. For dealers with a large number of portfolios this should be a big time saver.
