Check That the Browser Has the Latest Update
Please also check that your Internet browser has its most current update.. The Observant Global system operates best with Chrome or Firefox and has also been tested with Internet Explorer (Windows 7,8) and Safari (Mac OSX).
Make Sure There is a Good Internet Connection
If you are still having trouble, please make sure to test your internet connectivity outside of the Observant Global software platform. Try accessing Google or your e-mail provider to confirm that your device has a good Internet connection.
