Procedure — Checking Status on Support Request

  1. Sign In to Observant Global.
  2. Click the "Support" link.
  3. If you are automatically signed in to the Observant Help Desk, you will see your name at the top-right of screen. Click your name and select "My activities". Your current and recent support requests will be displayed under "My requests".
  4. If you are not automatically signed in to the Observant Help Desk, please click the link at the top-right of screen to "Sign In". Your name should subsequently be displayed. Click your name and select "My activities". Your current and recent support requests will be displayed under "My requests".
