Changing Your Password When Signed In to the Observant Global software platform

  • At the upper right of your Global page, click on your username and select "Settings."


  • Click the "Change Password" button and follow the directions to select a new password.


When You Have Lost Your Password and Cannot Log In to the Observant Global Software Platform

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Observant Global™ software platform.
  • Click the "Forgot Password" link.

  • Enter your email address, click on "Reset your password," and Global will send an email with the instructions needed to reset your password.

  • Check your email and follow the instructions.
