Changing your Password or Resetting a Lost Password

When you have lost your password and cannot log in to the Observant Global Software Platform

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Observant Global™ software platform.
  • Click the "Forgot Password" link.

  • Enter your email address, click on "Continue" and an email with the instructions needed to reset your password will be sent to you.

  • Check your email and follow the instructions.

Changing your Password when Signed in to the Observant Global Software Platform

  • At the upper right of your Global page, click on your username and select "Settings."

 

  • Click the "Change Password" button and follow the directions to select a new password.
