How to Invite a Support Contact to your Portfolio

For support and maintenance work to be carried out by your Support Contact, you will need to ensure they have access to your Portfolio.


Go to the Manage Users App and click on the 'Invite User' button.



Fill in the name and email for the Support Contact you wish to grant access to.  Ensure you provide them with 'Admin' access.


Click the 'Send Invitation' button and the Support Contact will receive an email with your invitation.
